STELVREN is built upon strict data sovereignty principles. Your career trajectory, credentials, compensation disclosures, and application dossiers belong exclusively to you. We do not sell your personal data to employers, advertisers, or third-party recruiters.
2. Tenant Isolation & Storage
Candidate data is logically segregated using tenant isolation boundaries. Information provided during mandate specification, evidence dossier assembly, or onboarding is stored in encrypted databases hosted in compliance with European data protection regulations (Frankfurt, Germany / EU-Central).
3. No Model Training on Private Data
We strictly uphold zero training on customer data. Your resumes, private career mandates, and proprietary work history are never used to train public foundation models or shared with unauthorized third-party artificial intelligence providers.
4. GDPR Rights (Article 17 Erasure)
In full accordance with European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Article 17, candidates maintain the absolute right to request complete data erasure at any time. Upon verified request, all personal dossiers, mandate parameters, and associated audit records are permanently purged.
