Explicit Disclaimer: STELVREN provides algorithmic decision-support analysis, career intelligence, and evidence organization. STELVREN is not a law firm, certified immigration agency, employment tax bureau, or licensed labor consultancy. The evaluations produced regarding Austrian statutes (such as AuslBG § 12c, NAG § 50b, and collective agreements / Kollektivverträge) are informational tools designed to assist in career preparation and do not constitute formal legal representation or statutory advice.

3. The Non-Delegation Invariant

You explicitly acknowledge that STELVREN does not make binding decisions on your behalf. All consequential submissions, offer acceptances, credential deliveries, and contractual commitments require human sign-off. You maintain sole responsibility for all consequential actions taken under your account.

4. Intellectual Property

STELVREN, its proprietary decision frameworks, trademarks, logos, and visual design assets are the intellectual property of STELVREN. You retain full, exclusive ownership of your personal career history, uploaded credentials, and custom mandate specifications.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, STELVREN and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic damages arising out of the use or inability to use the platform.
